NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Creams are insane. They are creamy and smooth to apply, like a lip gloss. The finish is this insane multi-dimensional, metallic, some of them are kind of iridescent, too.

This one is my favourite. I love it’s versatility. I can wear it alone or on top of my favourite nude lipstick. Retro Harmony is a metallic nude with gold shimmer

NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream in Out of This World
This is my second favourite. It was one of the last ones I swatched so it looks a bit patchy but I promise it’s not. Out of This World is an emerald green with gold pearl. Guess which lippie I’m wearing next St Patricks Day? ;)

NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream in Fuchsia Fusion
Another goodie! This is one of the iridescent ones I mentioned. It’s hard to capture in a photo but as different lights hit it, it looks a bit purpley – llike a magenta. So fun! Fuchsia Fusion is a hot pink with purple hues.

NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream in Solar Energy
This one is fun! Not a color I could wear every day but definitely on my next vacation. Solar Energy is an orange coral with silver shimmer

NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Cream in Asteroid Aura
Ughhh. My least favourite. This color had SO MUCH potential. Asteroid Aura is a magenta with silver shimmer. In some lights it looks a bit bluish. Such a pretty color but such a hassle to put on. It’s way too patchy and uneven.

The colors of NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Creams are so rich and fun to wear. It only lasts as long as an average gloss but since it doesn’t make my lips clump up or dry, it’s really easy to reapply every few hours. The consistency is a bit sticky but nothing worth complaining about. Noteworthy, though, NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Creams don’t really dry down which is why you have to touch up every few hours.
They have a very light scent. I can’t put my finger on it but it doesn’t smell great lol kind of fake, does that make sense? But again, it’s so faint it really doesn’t bother me.

Overall, for $10 CAD, NYX Cosmic Metals Lip Creams are really the most fun you’ll have with your lips.
