NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils
These eyeliner-eyeshadow-eyebase are so cheap and good you’ll want to stock your kit with every color. The most popular Jumbo Pencil is Milk. It’s a creamy, matte white base that makes every color just pop. If you can only buy one, let Milk be the one.
