My Inner Thighs Are Burning Thanks to The Extension Room
Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to visit The Extension Room and take their Barre101 class (thanks Conceptual Event Society!). This wasn't my first Barre-type class but it very much differed to what I've done in the past. Barre101 at The Extension
