I know, I know. Another beauty box subscription service!? STARLOOKS LooksBook is a little different, though. Starlooks Cosmetics sends you luxury size samples of their products. These boxes includes what’s trending in beauty & fashion and tutorials to learn how to apply. For $12 per month, including shipping, you can have trending (or ahead of trending) products delivered right to your door.

REVIVAL

Revival is all about ‘reviving yourself’. This box includes 3 products:

1. Agave – an olive green & cranberry eyeshadow duo. Starlooks recommends using Red Agave on the outer corner and in the crease, and Green Agave on the lid.
   
2. Flora – This mascara is a gorgeous dark turquoise shade. Starlooks recommends starting at the base of your lashes and wiggle it to the tips so the color wraps around each lash.
   
3. Rawr – a super loud pink lipsticks that screams rawr! Stand out from the crowd with this velvet matte lippie.
   

These are the instructions. Not completely detailed as a ‘tutorial’ but you get the gist!

The other box I received is Utopia:

Utopia, as defined, is an imaginary place or state in which everything is perfect. These 3 products allow you to paint your blank canvas (your face) to your own version of perfection.

1. Concrete – a longwear cream formula that can be used to line the eyes or applied all over for a neutral eye base
   
2. Abstract – a cream blush that is applied right from the tube to your cheeks and blended with your fingers, beauty blender, or brush. You could probably even use it as lipstick
   
3. Ideal – a light, non-sticky gloss that can be used night or day. Use it alone to bring out your lip’s natural rosy tone, or layered over your favourite neutral lipstick
   

Again, the instructions that are included aren’t exactly ‘tutorials’ but kind of like a guideline and description of the product
