I was lucky enough to be invited to celebrate the launch of Wet n Wild’s 2016 Collection here in Toronto, where I was able to get my hands on these cute, matte lip crayons.

The shades are chose are (from top to bottom):

  • Toffee Frappe – a warm, nude shade
  • Berry Tales – a light pink that leans a little peach
  • Lie Lack – a bright, cool toned lilac

Wet n Wild Velvet Matte Lip Colors are smooth to apply to the lips, no harsh tugging; they’re comfortable to wear, no bleeding, non-drying, lightweight; and of course, are matte in finish.
You can get decent wear out of these. I probably reapply every four hours or so. They’re also buildable in color, layer on as many coats to get your desired shade. Wear one coat for a light wash of color, or 2-3 coats for a bigger pop!
They are available in 9 fun shades from nude to reds to orange

Wet n Wild Velvet Matte Lip Colors aren’t scented, so for those of you who are sensitive to fragrances, these are a win for you!

I love the fact that these are twist up, meaning no sharpening, and easy for you to take on-the-go without worrying about how dull the tip can get. They’re light enough so it won’t add any extra weight to your purse.

Wet n Wild Velvet Matte Lip Colors retails for $3.69 USD, and will be available for purchase on wetnwildbeauty.com in Marhc
