I’ve been on a life long search for a foundation that isn’t heavy but has amazing coverage and I’ve found it! I love it so much that I’m on my second tube.
The packaging is great because it stands upright on the cap and the tube is so soft and easy to squeeze that last little bit out.
Mineral Matte is a cream-to-powder foundation with a matte (obviously) finish. It goes on like a cream foundation and then sets itsself by turning into a powder. It has a “heavy” coverage but it goes on very light and smooth. I sometimes forget I’m wearing it.
Mineral Matte is great for every skin type! It is oil-free and hypoallergenic. I have somewhat sensitive skin and have never been irritated by this foundation, unlike NARS and sometimes MAC.
Mineral Matte acts as a sunscreen with it’s SPF 15 and antioxidant formula.

Caryl Baker Visage is only sold in Canada. Above, I provided links to salon locations and where to shop online. Visage gives out very generous samples, so ask for one before you decide to buy it!

It is available in 11 shades but unfortunately, the color swatches online are not true to the color.For example, I wear a Peau de Soie but it is no where near as dark as it is in the picture. Check out the swatches below.
