I love, love, love this twist-up “balm”! It’s everything I could ever ask for in a lipstick. Tinted Brilliance Balm is hydrating & nourishing, smooth & pigmented with a glossy finish.
It wears for about 4+ hrs but fades really nicely! It doesn’t fade in patches, or clumps. Tinted Brilliance Balm leaves your lips with a nice stain.
Rosy Red is a very clear, vibrant red- not for the faint at heart!
My only complaint is slight bleeding but what red doesn’t bleed!? It’s an easy fix by lining your lips with a pencil or concealer.

Rosy Red is buildable in color. One coat gets you medium coverage while two or three coats turns this balm into an opaque red.
The package is a twist-up and requires no sharpening!
Tinted Brilliance Balm is available in 10 shades and packed with amazing ingredients like:
