Where can I buy this? Sally Beauty Supply

MY 2 CENTS
I bought this because it was recommended by one of my favourite Youtube beauty gurus. She compared it to the Urban Decay Primer Potion (UDPP) and rumour has it, they’re made by sister companies.
I have not tried UDPP so I can’t tell you whether they are comparable but I can tell you that I love this stuff! I wouldn’t say that it makes your eyeshadow more vivid but it is definitely crease-proof. I have never experienced creasing with this eye primer and I wear it everyday. There is no melting or fading, either! It is very smooth (but a little greasy),  similar to what your face feels like after you’ve used a face primer.

If you’re using this eye primer on yourself only, then the packaging works. You can directly apply the doe foot applicator to your eyelid or even use your fingers.
If you’re using this eye primer on clients, the packaging is a little impractical. It’s not very sanitary. What I like to do and scrap the product off onto a disposable blending spatula and apply it to my clients’ eye with a concealer brush.

I love that this Palladio Herbal Eyeshadow Primer is affordable. You’re getting a great product, comparable to high-end cosmetics,  for less than $10.
BE WARNED: The wand does not get all of the product out of the tube, you will have to cut it open!
