Marcelle 3-in-1 Micellar Gel Eye Makeup Remover is super soothing and refreshing on the skin.I not only use it on my eyes, but my entire face, too.The super gentle formula is enriched with aloe vera, to soothe the skin and reduce puffiness.

I love the cooling feeling on my eyes and skin. Marcelle 3-in-1 Micellar Gel Eye Makeup Remover doesn’t burn, sting, or irritate my eyes. I think it’d work well for those with sensitive eyes and skin. It’s super soothing and calming for the skin.

Part of the 3-in-1 is that it removes waterproof makeup. Unfortunately, I don’t find that this to be the case. It does an okay job at removing my waterproof liquid liner, but it isn’t as thorough as I’d like it to be.

The best way to use Marcelle 3-in-1 Micellar Gel Eye Makeup Remover is putting a drop onto a cotton pad, holding it onto your eye for a few seconds, then gently wiping it away.
This gel is hypoallergenic, perfume-free, oil-free, alcohol-free, and paraben-free so as I mentioned earlier, it doesn’t sting or burn my eyes so I highly doubt it will irritate yours, either.

Overall, Marcelle 3-in-1 Micellar Gel Eye Makeup Remover is a pretty good product and for less than $15, you can’t really go wrong!
