MY 2 CENTS
I went to the MAC Pro store on Queen St with Naomi from
Styleyes. While she was shopping for her kit, I was scouring the lipsticks and came across Coral Bliss from the MAC Cremesheen & Pearl Fall 2012 collection that was released on August 9th.

This is the first Cremesheen formula I’ve tried and although I do like it, there are some flaws!
The scent is MAC’s signature vanilla with no taste but the formula is thin, not so much creamy and quite opaque. Coral Bliss is a coral that leans slightly pink. It’s super pretty, check out the swatches!

This formula isn’t drying which is great but unfortunately, it isn’t long lasting! I have to reapply every few hours. If they were creamier, they’d glide on easier but as it stands, they’re not so there is slight tugging at the lips.

Do you like the Cremesheen formula? Leave your thoughts in the comments!

I haven’t tried that formula, but I love their Lustre colors, I got Viva Glam Cindy a while ago and I love it. ^_^ Great Post btw!

Honestly, I am not a huge fan of MAC lipsticks. I find them all incredibly drying and I hate having to layer on lip balm before lipstick. Reapplying 3-4 times a day is a deal-breaker for me as well.

I love that you included ‘flaws’ in your post-this is the kind of info I look for when contemplating a purchase! Thank you!

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that MAC is sort of overrated but every now and then, they come out with a product or two that I adore.

Out of habit, I apply balm before any lipstick because my lips seems to be a little on the drier side.

      Thanks for commenting, Meredith! :)
