I got this little gem in the Swag Bag I received at Toronto Life 25 Most Stylish People party a couple of weeks ago. After a bad experience with their I Love Extreme mascara, Essence is just a brand I wrote off but I’m really impressed with their Stay Matt Lip Creams.
Silky Red is so intense in color, opaque in coverage, and matte in finish. It’s a really gorgeous holiday red that’s comfortable to wear and feels soft and smooth on the lips.
I get over 4hrs wear time before my lips start to dry out and need to apply a clear balm.
For only $2.99, I really suggest you give these lip creams a try! There’s 3 available in Canada and I’m going to run out to buy the other 2.

I do love this too! I got Berry Smooth. I think their lip products are the best part of their line, but that’s cause most of the other stuff like lines and mascara haven’t worked to well for me.
On another note, I didn’t like IHeart Extreme as well >_<
Trust me, that mascara I tried SUCKED and because of it, I never wanted to buy anything from Essence again but these Matt Lip Creams are incredible!
