Released back in January, Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Foundation is a liquid foundation that provides flawless, shine-free coverage that lasts up to 24hrs. Obviously, I haven’t worn the foundation (or any foundation!) for 24hrs but I can attest to it lasting at least 13hrs, even through my sweaty gym sessions (naughty! I should be removing my makeup).
Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Foundation is a lightweight formula, buildable in coverage from medium to full, and has a matte finish. Flawless Finish Foundation is ideal for normal to oily skin and available in 10 shades for all ethnicities
Golden Sands
My shade is Golden Sands, as seen above. I know the swatch is on my hand but you can see how well it matches, the way it blends into the skin, and it’s matte finish. I’m actually quite happy with this foundation. It’s so comfortable on the skin!
It’s infused with time-release, shine control technology that control’s the skins excess sebum without clogging pores. The key ingredients in the Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Foundation are:
- Long Wear Polymers – a unique pigment treatment that provides long wearing, color-true foundation that doesn’t rub off or transfer
- Encapsulated Spheres – these are time released to help control excess sebum throughout the day
- Plankton Extract – helps absorb excess sebum without clogging pores
- Bamboo Silk – a natural plant extract for flawless, shine-free finish that stays all day
- Soft Focus Materials – including mineral crystal Mica that blurs imperfections and reduces wrinkles/fine lines
- Vitamin E – protects skin from environmental stressors
If you’re applying Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Finish foundations with your fingers, all you’ll need is one pump. If you’re using a brush or Beauty Blender, you’ll need about 1 – 2 pumps as those tools absorb the product. Start at the center of your face and work your way outwards. Don’t forget to blend into your hair line and jawline.
