Cynthia Rowley Liquid Eyeliners are decent eyeliners but they could be improved.
I like the tapered end and how flexible the felt tip is. It makes it easy for creating straight lines and cat eyes. The formula is also great because it’s smudge-proof and long lasting.
They’re available in 5 pigmented, opaque shades: Black, Brown, Navy, Cobalt, and Dark Grey
Top to Bottom: Navy, Cobalt, Dark Grey
My only issue with the Cynthia Rowley Liquid Eyeliners is that it doesn’t dispense enough product. You have to basically layer your eyeliner on, which makes for tugging and pulling on the eyelid. No bueno!
I really want to love these and feel that they would be great eyeliners if they were just easier to use. The layering makes creating a cat eye quite time consuming.
