Cynthia Rowley Creamy Eyeliners are really versatile.  You can use them as eyeliner, as eyeshadows, or as eyeshadow bases. They’re easy to smudge but stay put once they dry.

They’re available in 9 bold, intense shades. These eyeliners are even long lasting. Because of how creamy they are, the tip wears down easily and requires a bit more sharpening than your average, drier eyeliner.

I use Shimmery Brown on my lower lash line and I really like how there’s no fall-out from the gold flecks.
Rose Gold is beautiful on the lower water line. It really brightens up the eyes.
Gold makes a really gorgeous eyeshadow. It’s so pigmented.
