MY 2 CENTS
Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminious Foundation is a non-greasy, oil-free formula that gives your skin a natural luminosity that is supposed to last “all day”….
I love liquid foundations. I have normal but dehydrated skin so cream foundations are too heavy on my skin, and powders don’t provide the coverage I want, so day after day, I turn to liquid foundations because of how hydrating they are.
(In the pictures above, it’s too light for my tanned hand but it matches my face)
As for Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminious Foundation, I like the formula, how seamless it applies, and the medium coverage it provides. It really does make my skin look radiant. There is absolutely no glitter or shimmer in this foundation. It has more of a natural, satiny finish.
BUT! (there’s always a ‘but’ lately)
Unless I set Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation with a loose powder, it just does not last all day on me. With this foundation alone, primer or no primer, 6hrs in I’m looking shiny in my t-zone and it feels like it’s melting off my skin.
I even found that blending powder products (ie. blush and/or bronzer) onto this foundation, without setting it first, is really difficult and I end up with splotchy bronzer and blushed cheeks.
So basically, to use this foundation, I need to set it with a loose powder, then apply my blush and bronzer.
Maybe you’ll have better luck with Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous foundation. I was reading the reviews on the Covergirl website and girls are raving over it so I know it’s not a bad product!
Have you tried Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous?
