I purchased Blinc Kiss me Eyeliner off of eBeauty when I made that Spring Tote with Bonus purchase.

Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is said to be water-resistantand has been recently rated by PREVENTION Magazine as a “beauty breakthrough”. Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is not a cosmetic paint so it doesn’t smudge, fade, run, or flake even if you cry or rub your eyes.

I put these claims to the test. With basic every day wear, I have not experienced any smudging, fading, or flaking. Thus, I have not had to touch up throughout the day BUT, I purposely rubbed my eye to see if it would smudge. It most definitely faded, not too noticeably, but it didn’t smudge.

Application for Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner is easy, too! The brush has a tapered, pointed end which makes it, not only easy to apply, but easy to create different lines, and great for a cat eye.
The formula isn’t watery or thick. It’s creamy, pigmented, and dries quickly.

Although the eyeliner said to be water-resistant, I find it comes off easily with just a little soap and water but it rolls off in forms of tiny little balls.
The best method to removing this eyeliner is to use a makeup remover.

 I do not have sensitive eyes but I find that some liquid eyeliners sting and they’re just unpleasant to wear. With Blinc Kiss Me Eyeliner, I have no experienced any stinging, burning, or other discomforts.

This really is a great eyeliner and if the $24 price tag seems steep, just think- you get 0.21 oz of product compared to a MAC liquid eyeliner that costs $22 CDN for 0.06 fl oz.
