I know I’m a little late with this review since Bite Beauty Best Bite Set was released for the holidays BUT think of this as a review for Bite Beauty’s High Pigment Pencils ($28 CDN).

I bought this set specifically for Cranberry. It’s such a rich, deep red and I wore it pretty much every day over the holidays. My next favourite is Rhubarb. I’ve been wearing that daily – it’s a really pretty neutral shade.
Madeira is the one I wear least. It’s too pale for my skin and really washes me out. Quince is great for a night out with the girls.
These lip pencils are highly pigmented, long lasting, and so hydrating. If you apply too much, this will bleed – especially Cranberry.

I love the fact that this set comes in a tin-I’d consider it. I always pass by BITE because I’m not sure what exactly sets them apart from other brands that make lip crayons?
The thing that sold me on BITE is the “healthy enough to eat” part. I want to become for conscious about the products I put on my body. Whether it be body lotion, skin care products, etc. Lipsticks are definitely a growing concern since we ingest so much of it without really realizing it.
I’ve already added these to my kit since a lot of my clients are becoming more aware and going “green” :)
Totally obsessed with Bite lip products right now. I have a couple of these pencils and they are divine! So many gorgeous colours. And so pigmented!
