I’ve heard such amazing things about this applicater that I just had to try it and I must say, I am impressed! This cute, pink sponge leaves your skin flawless- goodbye streaky finish!

There are a couple of different techniques that will take a few tries to perfect.

First- you’ll want to dab a few spots of your liquid foundation on your face (ie. forehead, both cheeks, nose, chin)
Second- wet the beauty blender with warm water and squeeze out all the excess water (oooo look at that! It expands!!)
Third (and this is where the techniques differs)- bounce (aka stipple)  the fat, round end of the blender against your face, using the pointed end to get to those hard-to-reach places (ie. creases of your moth, nostrils, corner of your eyes)

OR

You can use a rolling method (aka my favorite way to use the blender!). With the applicator wet (squeeze out excess water) and your liquid foundation dabbed on your face (chin, cheeks, nose, forehead), pat it all over your face to spread out the foundation then just roll the blender against your face (it’s alllll in the wrist!).
I like to roll it to the right on the right side of my face and to the left on the left side of my face to blend it out properly.

Using either method, I found that it didn’t really cover blemishes so I took the pointed end and just dabbed it on the problem- this worked!

I really love the way this leaves your skin feeling & looking. It feels silky and just looks perfect. The wet applicator really helps blend out the foundation.
OH! Don’t forget to wash it after every use otherwise it’ll leave ugly stains (just like a regular sponge applicator)

The price is a bit steep for a sponge but I would definitely buy another one. I bought the travel kit that came with 1 Beauty Blender and a full-sized cleanser that works wonders (I’m sure you can use it on your brushes, too)
