You may have noticed a lack of posts the past couple weeks. I was in Jamaica. Sorry not sorry ;)
I brought Reversa Cleansing Micellar Water along with me to Jamaica because I knew I wouldn’t be wearing a lot of makeup but still wanted a gentle cleanser that was easy to use.

Reversa Cleansing Micellar Water contains lotus root vegetal water and allantoin, two soothing ingredients. Inevitably, my face got a bit burned (yes I wore sunscreen religiously!) and I found that this micellar water really helped soothe my skin whenever I came in from the sun.

I used it to remove the little makeup I did wear, too. I found that it doesn’t work so great on waterproof liner or mascara but it did remove non-waterproof makeup well, and it’s gentle. Doesn’t irritate or burn my eyes!

I like the pump dispenser. It’s easy to saturate a cotton pad and it doesn’t squirt all over the place.

You don’t necessarily have to rinse off Reversa Cleansing Micellar Water  but I’m a double cleanse kinda-gal at the end of every night.
For morning use, I gentle rub it around my face, no rinsing. I just apply my skincare directly on top. But at night, I’ll cleanse with this then wash with Reversa 3 – in – 1 Mild Gel Cleanse, reviewed here.

Overall, Reversa Cleansing Micellar Water is a really lovely, gentle cleanser. It’s great for removing basic makeup and impurities but you’ll need something stronger for waterproof makeup.
