Description

How to use:

• Start by taking the Brow Powder smudger out of the powder chamber and in a back and forth motion, apply a bit of background colour to the head of the brow and throughout the brow.
• Using the flat side of the Brow Pencil, line the edges of the brow to create definition; focusing mainly on the arch and tails.
• Finally, set the brow hairs in place with the Waterproof Tinted Brow Gel using the micro applicator brush for precise application.
