Playfully Pretty with Almay

Last week, I was kindly invited to an Almay Tea Party along with other beauty bloggers and media folk!

While sipping on Mimosas, we were able to get our makeup done using the new Almay collections, take cute pictures in a photobooth, nibble on some finger foods, and learn about the new products Almay is releasing this Spring with spokesperson Kate Hudson and her mother, Goldie Hawn.

First we got to play around with the new Almay Intense i-Color Collection and get our makeup done! Here is the collection (in stores now):

I, of course, decided to use the eyeshadows for “brown” eyes. Here is Makeup Artist Lynette and I, after getting my makeup done by her:

My next stop was the table full of liquid lip balms. Look how cute they’re set up on the tea plates! I have one to review for you. I love how moisturizing it is! These hypoallergenic, gluten-free liquids lip balms will be released in July 2013.

Available in June 2013, Almay is releasing 3 new makeup removers that will benefit your skin and lashes!

My last stop was the CC Cream and Smart Shade blush/bronzer station. These will also be released in June 2013.
