Peel Pre-Procedural Care
Your pre-peel regimen should include ingredients like glycolic acid, lactic acid, retinol, vitamin C, ceramides, peptides and SPF. It should also include 4 steps: cleanse, treat, balance, and protect
Morning
- Cleanse skin with our IS Clinical Cleansing Complex. It is deep cleansing, without drying, and great for blemish-prone skin.
- Treat your skin with Vitamin Cs like IS Clinical Super Serum Advance + or IS Clinical Pro Heal Serum (for blemish-prone skin)
- You want to make sure you are using a tyrosinase inhibitor for at least 2 – 4 weeks (up to 6 weeks for Ftiz 5-6 skin). We love iS Clinical Brightening Complex
- Moisturize with a skin specific moisturizer.
- As always, please wear sunscreen. We use Elta MD SPF and iS Clinical PerfectTint Powder to reapply
Evening
- Double cleanse your skin. Start with a milky or oil based cleanser. This will removes all makeup, oil, and debris.
- Next, cleanse your skin again with IS Clinical Cleansing Complex. It is deep cleansing, without drying, and great for blemish-prone skin.
- Treat your skin with serums and masques that will speed up cell turnover, like IS Clinical Active Serum or Rejudicare SRX Max
- Moisturize with a skin specific moisturizer.
Weekly
- Use an enzyme mask once weekly or bi-weekly. We love iS Clinical Warming Honey Cleanser because it acts as a gentle exfoliant while providing a deep cleanse for all skin types, and IS Clincal Tri-Active Exfoliating Mask for blemish-prone skin
Peel Post-Procedural Care
Post-peel, you will need to care for your skin to ensure it heals correctly. Homecare products should include ingredients like ceramides, peptides, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and tyrosinase inhibitors.

As your skin begins to shed, flake, or peel, we highly recommend a light layer of aquaphor for barrier repair
