COVID-19 has now been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). Although The Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the public health risk associated with COVID-19 is low for Canada, we are writing to outline the preventative measures Lashes & Lipstick Beauty Bar is taking to keep our space clean, sanitary, and safe for our clients and staff.

For the safety of our staff, our clients and their families, we ask that you:
* wash your hands regularly;
* please reschedule your appointments if you’re feeling ill, are coughing, or have a fever;
* please reschedule your appointments if you’ve recently (or have been in close contact with someone who has) travelled to COVID-19 hot spots, like Europe or Asia, or cruise ships.

For your safety, we always:
* wash our hands regularly and in-between clients
* disinfect our reusable tools in a high level disinfectant
* disinfect our workspace in-between clients
* have hand sanitizer available throughout the beauty bar
* use disposable tools, equipment, and products whenever available

We will continuously disinfect all common/shared areas like our waiting room, merchant terminal, door handles, bathroom, etc.

We will also reschedule your appointments if we exhibit any sign of illness, fever, cold, couch, etc.

We are carefully following advice from The Public Health Agency of Canada and defer to their knowledge and expertise to further protect our clients and ourselves.
