HAUL: Avon/mark

My girlfriend started selling Avon/mark again and this, of course, means bad news for my wallet.

MARK purchases

lace it up tights $18 CDN
I love lacy tights/panty hose but for some reason these just make my legs look funny. They’re so cute & sassy but just don’t look right on me. I will probably sell them in an up and coming blog sale.
no place to run eyeliner in jetset (black) $7 CDN
I have this eyeliner in “white on” (white) and “jet set” (black) and I love them. It’s waterproof and almost gel-like. Very comparable to Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner and I’m almost positive these Mark ones last longer.
UPDATE: less than a month later the liner has DRIED right up. It actually hurts to apply it and there is hardly any color pay-off.

This liquid liner is pretty decent for it’s price. There are two things I don’t like about it, though. First, the brush applicator is too thin (but that’s just a preference)and secondly, it smuged easily, even after the liner is dry.

The “click” means that the case is magnetic which is great because the lids don’t fall off in my make-up bag! The lipstick is good but I’m on-the-fence about the color I purchased it in.

I have two of these sharpeners. They’re cheap but work well!

extra lasting lipstick in sunkissed ginger $5.99 CDN
I love, love, loveee this color! It doesn’t last as long as 8 hours (I’d say about 4) but it is transfer-resitant. I also find that the moisture doesn’t last very long but there’s great color payoff. I find these comparable to MAC Sheen Supreme Lipstick but I like these Avon ones better, as MAC Sheen Supreme has terrible staying power (in my opinion).
