Soft & Smoky Daytime Look Featuring Esqido Gel Eyeliner

Known for their superior eyelashes, Esqido recently launched Gel Eyeliner in two shades, black and brown. The Gel Eyeliner Pencils are $16 USD each. They have an intense colour payoff, smooth application, long lasting and are waterproof. What I love most is that it’s a twist-up pencil with it’s own sharpener. All the benefits of a gel liner but in a pencil form!

I created a really simple daytime smoky look with the new Esqido Gel Eyeliner in the black eyeliner.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Apply a neutral eyeshadow to your lid, preferably in similar colour to your skin tone
  2. In the crease, blend a transition colour. These are usual cool-toned browns. I used MAC Kid
  3. Apply a brow bone highlight shade. I used MAC Orb.
  4. Apply a thick line of the Esqido Gel Eyeliner to your top and bottom lash line
  5. With a thin but stiff angled brush, smudge the top eyeliner in your desired shape. I tried to do a bit of a wing so I flicked it up at the outer corner
  6. Smudge the bottom lash line all the way to the inner corner. It’ll fade nicely.
  7. I also applied the liner to my top waterline.
  8. Apply mascara and the rest of your face and voila! It’s that simple
