As soon as this shellac polish is off my toes, I’m going to be putting this to use. I have white spots on my toe nails and this is supposed to make them less noticeable.

CND Koala Buffer
Admittedly, I know nothing about nail buffers or files, for that matter. I rarely do my own nails, hands or feet, so I had to do a bit of research.
These CND Koala Buffersare a 240/1200 grit gray and black buffer. The 240 grit refines the nail, removing shine (and thus oils) and also helps shape the nail. The 1200 grit smooths out the nail prepping it for treatment. CND Koala Buffers are softly padded and conforms to the nail, eliminating flat spots, and providing comfort to the user.
Buffers are supposed to be used from lower to higher grit size for lasting results – all this is news to me!

When I used this in the past, I applied a coat every couple of days to keep up the shine of my polish.
