For the past month, I’ve been religiously cleansing with Shiseido. Specifically, I’ve been removing my makeup with the Shiseido Creamy Cleansing Emulsion, double cleansing with Shiseido Ibuki Gentle Cleanser, and exfoliating a couple of times a week with Shiseido Firming Massage Mask.
More on each product below!
Shiseido Creamy Cleansing Emulsion
This milky cleanser is great for removing makeup and other impurities. It’s gentle enough for all skin types and leaves you with soft and supple skin.
You can either rinse it off or tissue it off. I prefer the latter. I massage this all over my face, eyes, and lips, and remove it with Shiseido Facial Cottons.I find that when I rinse off the cleanser, I’m left with a slippery film on my face and foggy eyes.
After tissuing off, I cleanse with Ibuki Gentle Cleanser.
Shiseido Ibuki Gentle Cleanser $35 CDN
This cleanser is thick and silky, and lathers into a rich foam. It helps to remove excess sebum without stripping away the skin’s essential moisture. My skin feels refreshed and super clean after using these two Shiseido products
Shiseido Firming Massage Mask
My go-to for exfoliating and masking.
After cleansing, I massage this into my skin. The tiny orange granules melt during massage. With my finger tips, I roll this into my skin – along my forehead, down my nose, on my cheeks, around my mouth, and along my chin. I do this for a couple of minutes. Afterwards, I leave it on for another few minutes and then I tissue it off. You can rinse or continue with your skincare routine – up to you!
This massage mask provides hydrating and retexturizing benefits for a smooth, radiant complexion.
Bonus: It smells fab!
This is what I do each night (minus the exfoliating), and every morning I just rinse with warm water and continue with my skincare.
Happy Cleansing! :)
