At Lashes & Lipstick Beauty Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We know there may be times when you are unable to keep your appointment. Each booking is important to us, as it is reserved just for you.

We kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please reach out to us by email or phone as soon as you know you won’t be able to make it. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. In the case of a no-show or if you miss your appointment without notifying us, a charge equal to 100% of the service will be applied.

Please note, appointments made within 24 hours—including same-day bookings—are considered confirmed, and any cancellations or rescheduling will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

To secure your booking, we require a valid credit card; rest assured, your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, without prior notification.
