At Lashes & Lipstick Beauty Bar, we are very understanding. We understand that sometimes things come up and you can no longer make it to your appointment. Your appointment is important to us, as it is reserved especially for you.

We kindly ask that you give us 24hrs notice. Please email or call to reschedule as soon as you know that you can no longer make it to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a
50% cancellation fee.

Appointments made within 24hrs, including same day appointments, are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Cancelling or rescheduling these appointments will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking; your card will not be charged. If you No Show/Skip your appointment, you will be charge 100% of your appointment to the card on file. Please note that ‘No Show’ charges must be paid before proceeding with future bookings.
