Last Sunday was the infamous BlushPretty Beauty Board. Beauty bloggers and beauty enthusiasts alike got together at Loft 404 to (re)discover new brands and products, nibble on yummy eats from Some Guys Culinary Co, and listen to wicked tunes by DJ Bloo.
Each of the guests in attendance were given 3 brands to review and at the end of the event (or when you were ready to leave), you hand in your reviews and were given an awesome, personalized swag bag (pictures of said bag are down below)

This looks like so much fun! I have to ask, what’s a beauty board? I have something in my head but not quite sure if it is the same. Also that swag bag is awesome.
A Beauty Board is an event that Blush Pretty (a Toronto makeup+hair+skincare boutique) hosts every year. Basically, there are several brands (local and well known brands) that come to showcase their products (new, old, and all time favourites). It’s a really good way to learn about new brands, test out products, and buy them, too!
That sounds amazing! Totally not what I was thinking at all haha. This sounds like so much fun though!
